About Us
Acupuncturist Vimala Prabha graduated from the Northern College of Acupuncture in York in 2007 after a three year masters level course in traditional acupuncture and acupressure massage. He has been in practice as an acupuncturist ever since, firstly in Nottingham and Lincoln and more recently in St Helens. Since graduating he has attended numerous postgraduate courses in specialist acupuncture subjects such as the treatment of musculoskeletal pain, sports injury, female infertility and IVF/ART support, trigger point acupuncture, and many more.
He also has a Physics degree from the University of Leeds, and considerable experience as a meditation teacher. He is known for his conscientiousness and high levels of patient care, and his sense of humour. When not practising he likes history, football and wandering around the wilder parts of Britain with a tent, weather permitting
